Methods of Payment
All prices are in Canadian Dollars. (We accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal). If you prefer to pay by cheque (for fax or mail order), your order will be processed once your cheque has cleared our bank. We do not ship C.O.D. GST or HST will be charged to all Canadian provinces; PST is applicable if sold or shipped within the province of Ontario.
Methods of Shipping
The Green For Life online store uses Canada Post for the majority of its shipping needs. All prices shown do not include Standard Delivery shipping charges. Shipping charges are added during the checkout process. Items are normally shipped within 2 business days of receipt of an order, sometimes faster. All Special Orders will be shipped only upon approval from the customer.
| If shipping to a destination outside of Canada, it’s your responsibility to pay for all duty, taxes, brokerage, if any, which may be charged to you by the Customs Office upon delivery of any goods purchased from Green For Life. |

Your order may be tracked via Canada Post’s website. Note that it may take up to one business day for your information to be posted on Canada Post’s website.
Delays
Delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, such as:
- Delivery is to a PO Box or APO/FPO address
- Delivery is outside major city
- Delays due to orders being placed on a Canadian statutory holiday
- Delays due to problems with payment transaction and verification
- Delays due to weather
- Unforeseen delays by one of our carriers
- Delays to the unavailability of product(s)
Multiple Shipments
The items in your order may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure that they arrive on time and undamaged.
